As a new author, marketing was a thing I believe needed considering way down the line and certainly after I had finished writing my book. I was wrong. Marketing hits you all of a sudden once you are into the publishing phase and its a bit of a shock if you did not think about it beforehand. However, dont panic, its not too late. This article helped my understand what I needed to do. Everyone is different and the values in the equation will be different for everyone. Just reading it helped me focus on how I wanted to market my book.
